Sideshow Rewards Program

Collect what you love and earn Rewards: Rewards can be earned on almost every product that we sell through our online store. You earn 5% back, so the savings will add up fast! You can hang onto them for a full discount or use them as you go to buy even more of your favorite statues and figures!

Viewing Available Rewards

  1. Log in to your account at sideshow.com.
  2. Hover the cursor over the area that reads “HEY YOUR NAME” in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click Account.
  3. Click Sideshow Rewards.
  4. The Rewards Home Page appears as below:

5. The Available Balance will show the amount currently available to be used:

Pending Rewards

Sideshow Rewards points become available to use 40-45 days after an order ships. Until the time that they are available, they will show as pending in an account.

To View Pending Rewards:

  1. Log in to your account at sideshow.com.
  2. Hover the cursor over the area that reads “HEY YOUR NAME” in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click Account.
  3. Click Sideshow Rewards.
  4. Click Pending Rewards:

Rewards History

Customers are now able to review their Rewards History. It will show the date added, the amount of points, if they were used and any additional notes. To view Rewards History, follow the instructions below.

  1. Log in to your account at sideshow.com.
  2. Hover the cursor over the area that reads “HEY YOUR NAME” in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click Account.
  3. Click Sideshow Rewards.
  4. Make sure that Rewards History is selected:

Redeeming Rewards: Rewards can only be used at checkout and cannot be applied after your order is submitted. These Rewards are good for the price of the item only. They are not eligible for taxes or shipping fees. Follow the simple steps below to take advantage of your Rewards!

  1. If Rewards are available to use, place your order and proceed to the checkout screen.
  2. On the checkout screen in the Payment Method section, if Rewards are available, you will see Apply rewards points and the amount available in green:

      3. Click the down arrow by the word available to have the option to apply rewards:

      4. If the full amount is to be applied, click Apply.
      5. To change the amount, delete the amount and enter the correct amount. Then hit apply.
      6. The page will update and show a check mark and Sideshow Rewards applied upon successful application:

Removing Rewards

To Remove Rewards from an order during checkout:

Unless otherwise specified on a product page, Sideshow Rewards cannot be combined with promotional codes or discounts of any kind. Should a promotional code being offered provide a better discount than the Rewards in your account you can remove them from checkout to apply the promotional code.

  1. On the checkout screen, in the Payment Method section, look for the green text stating Rewards are applied:

     2. Click the "Remove" button.

The fine print cheat sheet: Like any service, our Rewards program has terms and conditions that should be reviewed entirely prior to redeeming your discounts. Once you use the service you are agreeing to these terms and will be held to them. We have highlighted some of the important ones below.  

  • Rewards cannot be added to your order after it is placed, so please do not ask.
  • Rewards cannot be combined with promo codes or other discounts.
  • Rewards cannot be added to Wait List Reservations that have converted.
  • Rewards cannot be used towards any type of shipping, taxes or import fees.
  • Rewards cannot be redeemed en lieu of a non-refundable deposit. If available rewards do not cover the entire balance of an item where a non-refundable deposit is due, a non-refundable deposit must still be processed.
  • Rewards cannot be transferred to another order. (By you, us, your spouse, your kid wiping out your order on your cell phone, your pet... you get the picture)
  • Rewards points redeemed on an order that is canceled or returned will be automatically returned to the collector's account. 
  • Rewards applied to payment plans will have the discount divided by the number of payments.
  • Rewards become active 40-45 days after your item is shipped to allow you the opportunity to take advantage of our Exchange program if needed. Reward activation cannot be accelerated.
  • Sideshow Reward Points can only be used on items $50 or more.

 As a convenience to you, we will send you a monthly email with your Sideshow Rewards summary. This email is sent to the email address associated with your account. If you would like to opt-out of this email, please uncheck the box located in the 'Reward Email Preference' panel.
