What if I don't want Sideshow to fulfill my order with PCS? Can I opt-out?
Yes, please simply contact us with your account and order details. Note, opting out of Sideshow handling your PCS order(s) will result in the cancelation of those PCS orders. This action is not reversible. We suggest you share your concerns with our support staff and we'll try to help resolve the issue without canceling your order.
I already have an account with Sideshow. What additional steps should I take for the transition?
If you have an existing account with Sideshow and the e-mail address on the account is the same as the e-mail address on your account with PCS, pending PCS order(s) will transfer. Once the order(s) are visible in your Sideshow account (estimated late July 2018), you simply need to add the correct shipping address and payment method. You will need to add the payment method whether paying via credit card or PayPal.
If you have an existing account with Sideshow and the e-mail address on the account is different than the e-mail on your account with PCS, please update the e-mail address on your Sideshow account to match your PCS e-mail address. You can update the e-mail address by logging into your Sideshow account and clicking “Change Email Address” under the “Manage Account” tab. If you do not wish to update the e-mail address or have other questions or concerns, please contact us.
I do not have an account with Sideshow. What additional steps should I take for the transition?
If you do not already have an account with Sideshow, we’d encourage you to create one. This will make the transition as smooth as possible. Be sure to use the same e-mail address you use on your account with PCS. To set up an account, simply visit Sideshow.com/signup. If you do not register prior to the transition, Sideshow will create an account for you using the e-mail address associated with your PCS account and notify that the account has been created via e-mail. Once you have access to the account and the order(s) are visible (estimated late July 2018), you simply need to add the correct shipping address and payment method to your order(s) You will need to add the payment method whether paying via credit card or PayPal. How do I set up an account on the Sideshow website?
To set up an account, simply visit Sideshow.com/signup.
I didn't receive an email to set up my account at Sideshow, what should I do?
We expect to e-mail existing PCS accounts in late July 2018 once pending orders have been transferred.
Will my order history with PCS be visible via my account with Sideshow?
Due to some technical limitations, only current orders pending with PCS will be fulfilled directly by Sideshow. Those are the only orders that will appear in your online Sideshow account.
I'm still due a refund from an order I placed directly through PCS. Will Sideshow be refunding me instead?
If you have an existing open order with PCS, that order will be transferred to Sideshow. If you have a refund request on an open order, Sideshow will handle the request. Sideshow will NOT be handling requests for orders that have shipped, were cancelled, or are considered complete before being transferred to Sideshow. Please contact our Customer Support team to inquire about a specific order. If for some reason, Sideshow does not have the order information as part of the PCS transfer, we will work with you and PCS directly to resolve your issue.
Will I earn reward points on orders placed with PCS that are now shipping from Sideshow?
Orders placed with PCS that are now being fulfilled by Sideshow may be eligible to earn Sideshow Rewards Points.
I paid for my pre-order in full through PCS. Will that be reflected in my Sideshow account?
Yes. Your order will show as paid in full in your Sideshow Online Account.
Will Sideshow be offering the same Pre-Order discounts PCS did? IE: 15% to 20% off if paid in full at the time of Pre-Order or 5% off if using a payment plan.
No. Sideshow does business a little bit differently than PCS, and unfortunately, we are not able to offer those types of discounts on the PCS offerings.
Will I be able to transfer my pre-order to another collector?
No. Sideshow does not allow the transfer of orders to other collectors or customers. Please note, if you have already arranged order transfers previous to the PCS transition, Sideshow will receive that information from PCS directly.
Will my order reflect the discounts I received when purchasing through PCS?
How do I track the status of my Pre-Order(s)?
It is as easy as logging into your Sideshow account and reviewing your orders.
Will there continue to be PCS Exclusive versions of upcoming items?
Yes. Those items will be available to purchase directly through our website at Sideshow.com
What is a PCS AP / Artist Proof?
Artist Proofs are statues that are signed by either the PCS Art Director or the President of PCS.
Will there be Artist Proofs available for pre-order in the future?
No. If you have questions about a specific purchase where an AP item was promised, please contact us.
Will Sideshow's 30 Day return policies apply to the items I have on order with PCS?
Yes. Sideshow’s 30 Day Exchange / Return Policy and industry-leading Customer Support will apply to PCS items fulfilled by Sideshow.
I need to return an order for refund that was purchased with PCS and fulfilled by Sideshow. Who do I contact?
